Purely Visual was founded in 1994 by the award-winning team of Kelly Taggart and David Winterhalter. As commercial photographers, Taggart's expertise was in product and display imaging while Winterhalter was well-known as a hair and beauty specialist. Together, as Taggart Winterhalter, the pair grew into a reputable team noted for offering the perfect creative balance for all imaging needs. Purely Visual expanded into marketing and public relations by offering conceptualization through production of advertising and editorial campaigns for clients worldwide. Since then the firm has photographed myriads of models and beauty-related content and has produced numerous publications and special features.
